How Long is the Session?

Minis are 10-15 minutes. Santa Sessions are 15 minutes long but a part of that is spent saying hello so photographs last about 10 minutes.

How do I prepare my child to see Santa?

I suggest talking about Santa, reading books, showing videos or photos.

When do I receive my Images?

Your personalized gallery will be ready within 10 days of our visit. You will receive an email with access to your gallery where you'll select your favorites where you can use the store to purchase additional images if you'd like.

What if I have to cancel?

Santa sessions are non-refundable. We can reschedule to a holiday session but Santa won't be available to come as he's only visiting Flamingo and Palm that one day. You are welcome to select a holiday mini date instead.
